An Elegant Dress

Spotted this dress from The Square Concept in Dataran Sunway @ Kota Damansara.
I think tis is an elegant piece but the dress a lil' short for me! Wonder the figures on the price tag.
From what I've know, there are local designers' clothes sellin here.
